Send Love Ahead

Here's an energy changing technique I learned from Louise Hay, author of You Can Heal Your Life.

Wherever you are going, send love ahead to all the people you will meet. Are you going to work, on a date, to a party, shopping, or maybe the auto repair shop? Maybe you are going to the dry cleaners or perhaps you have a dental appointment. Imagine you are sending love ahead to all the people you will meet on the way and at those destinations.

Or maybe you are on the computer, checking your email or social networking sites. Send love to all your friends on FaceBook and to everyone to whom you are sending an email. If you are paying bills, send love ahead to all those people at all those companies.

Create an image that works for you, maybe white light or an array of twinkles carrying love and good will. I imagine a cloud of twinkling stars moving before me. Even if you find this a little too New Age for your taste, give it a try. You can affect the energy systems in your life and in the lives around you. In the worst case you’ll find yourself in a fun and friendly mood. Remember, what you give out you get back.
